When I had mine done, I phoned them up.
I rang on Friday at around lunch time and they said someone would come out between 2pm and 6pm the next day. He turned up at 1:50pm on Saturday afternoon and was finished in less than half an hour. Couldn't fault them really.
Yeah, the rubber washers are the bits I struggled with.
One of them has now gone inside the washer bottle (luckily I had a spare) and the other two aren't quite sat right so they leak.
So I presume you have to disassemble the wiper mechanism to get the bottle out? Is it fairly easy to put back...
How do you actually get the washer bottle out? I was thinking you'd have to take the whole wiper mechanism apart to do it, and didn't want to risk breaking anything else due to having the MOT later on that day.
My washer jet bottle is still leaking now even after I fixed it, so I'd like to take...
It's a pain in the arse. Once you've done it you'll never want to do it again.
You should be able to get one from any decent motor factors, but none round my way sold them so I had to order a second hand one from Steve79 off here.
I used to have a PowerBook G4 as a pseudo-desktop machine in one of my old jobs due to my employer being too tight to buy me an iMac, way back in the Jaguar (10.2) days. It wasn't too bad at the time actually, but would be piss poor compared to a modern MacBook, let alone a Pro.
The iPhone stores the password twice - once for the inbound mail server and one for the outbound. They can both be the same server, but it will still store two copies of the password.
My guess is that you haven't got your password entered in the SMTP server settings.
Go to Settings > Mail...
Correct me if I'm wrong, but 8 minutes 48 seconds sounds like a pretty good time in a Clio! Well done regardless.
BTW, I hope you were pulling away from the Evo in this pic... :p
Jigsaw had a 20% off iWork offer on a few weeks ago. Don't know if it's still running or not (probably not).
Personally though I wouldn't bother. Get OpenOffice, it's much better and IIRC it's compatible with iWork document formats anyway.
Autoglass replaced my 172 windscreen a couple of weeks ago after I got my insurance company on the case.
As far as I can tell it is a genuine Renault windscreen. It's got the slight purple tint to it (UV filter I think?). The guy who replaced the windscreen also replaced all the seals and the...
Yeah the SharePoint ones are decent enough, although personally I wouldn't bother doing the 5060A and 5061A courses if I were you, just go straight for the M50047 - you won't be missing anything.
As ChrisR mentioned, QA only do training though, so you'll need to book the exam separately through...
I did my SharePoint courses with QA. They also do the other Microsoft training courses, and they're very good. Don't know about cost though since work paid for them.
I've got the student workbooks you get given when you attend the courses, so I don't have a digital copy I'm afraid.
You might be able to find digital copies out on the interwebz though. Do a search for 5060A, 5061A and M50047. M50047 is the Advanced IT Pro course for MOSS 2007 and TBH if you...
I've done the WSS 3.0 (5060A), MOSS 2007 (5061A) and MOSS 2007 Advanced courses already. I can remember most of what I did and I've got the official course books to read up on anything I've forgotten. So when I end up doing the exam, I probably won't revise much.
I've got to do 70-630 myself. I've been sent on 3 SharePoint courses since October and now the company wants me to take that exam. I don't know why though, I don't really do much SharePoint stuff beyond sorting out broken permissions so it's mostly outside my remit.
CBT Nuggets are definitely the best way of going about your training (unless you don't have time to watch them all).
The whole MCSE exam pack is about 20GB IIRC, although they cover every possible exam that can count towards the MCSE so you don't need all of them. I'd suggest you work out which...
