Chip why did you change the manifold on the mk1? The standard manifold gives pretty much the same power curve as a RS2'd car.

(chips williams engine) Is that much of an improvement over standard inlet? Looks to be smaller than standard inlet for internal volume. Only gain I can see is the single throttle body and the fact its got trumpets.

That graph reminds me of an f7r, kinda the same style inlet tbf.

A cracked engine mount was the last nail in the white shell. Couldn't be assed with it anymore. So bought Jay S old shell :) Its original engine will be reunited back with its old shell :) Bought one of these White shell ready for scrap man :) Currently has no panels on...

I wouldn't even bother with uprated conrods. Thought you were aiming for 230/240? If so the conrods are good for way past that.

I would mount the throttle body before the supercharger for both designs. If you don't they make a terrible noise of constant whine. Mx-5 owners use 2 throttle bodys to get around the noise. Mounting the supercharger straight to inlet would work just dont go over spinning the supercharger and...
