Think its the Gear linkage, need to have a proper look on the morrow. Drove to the gym, fine, got into the car park, dropped the clutch and braked to let a car through selected 1st and wouldnt go any where. No Pops, rattles bangs crunches anything, no gear box bits/oil anywhere on the road...

Idle is very uneven, judders under acceleration and when cruising in the 2-3 rev range. Checked under the bonnet when i got home as it sounded funny. Think its the master HT lead was shorting as shown below. Thanks fr any help guys.

Right, jump in the car, turn off immobiliser turn key and the engine turns over but doent fire. Turn over is really slow. Takes a few attempts to get it going. (will only eventualy fire up if NO electric stuff is on, lights, heater etc.) Just wondering what could cause this (got a new battery...

Went to GSF today and got me some fromt wheel bearings. was considering doing them myself. Actually changing the bearings doesnt seem to be to much hasstle. Am just worried about all the work to get the hub off. Is it a job i can do myself or am i best taking it to a garage? Cheers Bailey

Changin battery on my valver cos its fooked. Went down to work and checked on the system for which one to get only when i got home the new battery is a lot smaller than the old one. Is this a problem? Any one know any technical info eg cca of a valver battery? Cheers

Went out in my valver today and has developed a whining noise on the passenge side wheel.:mad: Cant see any signs of rubbing. Increases with speed but not turning. Figured it was the front wheel bearings. How easy are these to do. I did my rears myself a piece of piss. Cheers

Hi, just got me a valver as a "project" needed new top mounts and bearing so i though might as well just chuck some lowering springs under there. Only thing is how the hell do you get the top nut off? Is M21 but cant find a spanner that can get to it anywhere. Anyone else encountered this...
