Do you have to get a new gear box? Wouldnt you be able to just purchase the pinions and get a gear box company to fit them?

Its easy to adjust mate. You need: 13mm spanner, 8mm (i think) spanner and a pair of grips Mine was doing the same, until i adjusted it now its fine. :)
