Messiah...as long as you use Official Renault parts then do it yourself. They only change the oil and kick the tyres anyway. Check with Trading Standards, Im sure you can do it yourself and not void the warranty. Oh yeah...and they are a bunch of........hope they dont read this..damn

The benefit of a remap is you can get them to do any thing you want. If you want the rev limit at 6500 they can do it. The best way round would be to do all your engine mods first IE: zorst/filter and then go get it setup to your mods.

They leak oil....just look for wet spots. Thats the problem when only replacing the springs with shorter ones...the shocks are under load so the seals wear sooner. Coilovers...MMMMmmmm! but £500+

Getting mine dropped at K-tec.....using their own springs. Would love their coilovers but at over £500 dont think I could get away with that one. Almost been rumbled about the stuff ive already had done. ;) Been told theyre about 30mm allround.

Imports dont come with alarms....its Renault UK that fit them prior to sending them to the dealers. So you havent got one unless you specified it with the importer.

The major problem arises when its M.O.T. time if you decat it. Dont think the extra noise will be that noticable tho if you do decat it.
