Anyone else got the Piper x kit or any other make?

Piperx make an induction kit for the 1.2 16v is it worth going for that?

Still not had it fitted yet! its still on order. So the remote and display are a big redundent at the mo but the head unit looks quality!

Ive got 3 options which should I do? 1. Chaqnge the standard filter for a replacement filter (Piperx,etc) and change the intake pipe to a cold air running from the grille? 2. Induction kit with cold air pipe from grill 3. Wait a while a get a Piperx viper Which would be the best option ?????

Ive been looking at some of the products on the samsteffansson website. I converted the price of some side skirts and it work out as £380 (Using 13.8 swedish kroner to £1) This must be wrong anyone bought anything from there and know the actual price of them?

So would it be a good idea to replace the original Air filter in the original box with a free flow filter. And have a cold air pipe running from the grill to the inlet of the box? or would that not work?

The budget is not that low. I dont want to be dropping a new engine in yet. I want to try and squeeze as much power out of the 1.2 while I concentrate on styling. Then when my insurance drops I want a 172 engine. Anyone know if the engine could be dropped in?

How can I get more power from my 1.2 16v. Ive read on here that the induction kit dont give any more? so what should I do based on a low budget?

Ive got an interface on order to link my sony head unit with the remote and the display in the dash. Has anyone else got one? if so what does it actually show on the display and do all the buttons on the remote still work?
