As per everyones last replies.
The line cannot be "blocked" if its cancelled they stop it.
You then have to re-activate everything again....which brings you into another new contract.
And as everyone has said if you then move out of your contract early to anoher supplier, Orange in this case...
Right!
1) If your dad already has an insurance policy on his car, you cant transfer your existing policy to it or start a new policy for it without cancelling his current insurance policy.
As its not legal to have the car insured with 2 policies.
SO this leaves you with 2 options really.
a)...
So this is a new line?
You had no previous BT phone number or BT Internet ?
You rang up to get it connected.....then got a bill for £130.99 ?
Maybe this includes your first months line rental charge?
If the other insurance company is paying/sorting it they will restore it to exactly how you had it.
ie, with all your mods etc....
items should be replaced on a like for like basis, so even if they had damaged your wheels etc they should go to exactly how you had it or the closest alternative...
Yup puller required.
Mine was well and truly stuck on my old 1.2
Make sure you have some cloths around it incase u slip.
It will come off with the puller....expect a nice breaking sound when it does!
Wont damage anything tho if your carefull enough.
Renault....
Its specific to car.
Needs to be programmed to the car via Renault Clip Machine.
There about £250 (there abouts) Plus labour on fitting and prog.
Can be a costly one !!
You cant put any on the front windows as the clio ones are pretty much on the limit approx 28-29% and 30% is the limit. So unless you put clear ones on the front no point.
Rears, go as crazy as you like.
Yes you have to declare them. Most insurers ask that they are to legal requirements, ie...
Look into it further, it may cost you the same amount as insuring a 172.
By the time you add in quotes for modifications as they will be you may only be a few ££ away from the real thing. Especially being a young driver, modifications will add a hefty premium.
Unfortunatley there is no quick...
Wastage of addresses.
Helps keeps things tidy.
VLSM allows an organization to use more than one subnet mask within the same network address space.
Basicly subnetting a subnet. It can be used to maximize addressing efficiency.
Good stuff!
Make sure you have soem decent quality filters and you should be sorted. Also unplug anything you dont really need/use.
I got rid of old extensions and unplugged my sky box. Made a much better syn and never had problems since.
Yes removing the bell wire should help. I removed them from all my extension in the house and it gained me an extra 975k on my broadband sync!
Its the ringer wire 3 (normally orange) you should remove) Leave the other intact.
Yup it seems like he has old school wiring into an old Master Socket with a non-removable panel.
The panel you have J will only work with a new style Master Socket, which is only available and fitted by a BT Openreach Engineer.
The existing line will have the 2 wires attatching to the back...
Remember your not supposes to fit an NT5 yourself as its part of BT's network still. The demarcation point for you is currently any extension after this main (old) socket!
thats NOT the worst that can happen!
He would have lied to the insurance company....which they do take seriously.
(also the documents will state the date of his NBC)
NO.
Your NCB is only available AFTER the policy has been completed. You *could* have an accident on the very last day....
Also, if you started a new policy the dates would not tally up. As you have not completed a years worth of ncb as the current policy still remains.
SO just to clarify...
you can make adjustments if they allow them (change off address etc, or add mods)
Just pay the difference, or sometimes and admin fee.
If you want to cancel the policy each company has their own view on this.
Some offer a 7 or 14 day cooling off period, where you get a full refund and cancel...
Use the search function as this has been done soo many times on here!
Basicly, anythign you change and dont declare will potentially risk your insurance being invalidated (it does happen!)
If you cant afford to pay the extra dont do the mod, simple :)
Yup the car must already be fully road legal, ie, as above, having MOT, TAX and Existing Insurance Policy!
Be aware.
Also, registering the car in soemone elses name down not make them the legal owner of the car.
Yup, mine also works spot on in the 182. Set it to what i want, job done.
I do miss it ! Jump into any other car without CC and it seems you have to keep playing with the controls just as i had to in my old 1.2
Nice features of the CC is also the quick access buttons for clearing the screen...
I will double check what size i purchased (its in the garage somewhere)
iirc it was the one made for a small car. but again will check for you.
It should *just* about fit a vee. mine is a bit short up the back, so maybe you would want the next size up. width wise, you have plenty of room...to...
