Common Problem!
There is a connector on the holder which can be a pain to get off.
You will need to clean the contacts on the plug also when you get it off.
You can easily get it out by putting your hand up the back of the bumper and pusing it out. Nice and simple.

Firstly
Out of option 1 and 2 id go for option 1 the (Dell Blue)
as option 2 is just an older model with a smaller HDD and older processor.
Now between Option 1 and 3.
