Took my mate 15mins to remove replace and refit on my ph1, just seems to make it abut tighter to drive and as other have said gear change is better and mine werent in bad condition tbh and I get no vibrations either tbh

Wondering who it was etc, was with a fabia vrs 172 cup with red ph1 172 wheels,

need to remove my fuel rail cover so can get my lower inlet of but am struggling with the socket needed to remove the bolt is it a torx bit? cheers ian

i had same problem with my 172 was gagging to drive it but was doing some work to it etc before i drove it, and was well worth the wait

id like to know that to.

just needs some lowering for me to be 100% happy as its raised itself up since removing the weight from the car. dont want to go silly low as no point as is a point of good handling and the looks as i found with my bmw at the ring etc.

So in theory I can bolt my side mounts to the box section? Just by drilling straight through and using spreader plates, Aren't omp mounts 120 ish?

Yea have seen the Omp ones but I'm not paying the money they want for them, if people have some pictures a mate of mine can knock me some up at work
