You need to use a spanner on the nuts whilst holding the allen key in to undo it mate

Painted in anthracite/silver they might look ok actually but not a touch on turinis!!!!

Have you checked the dip stick on it mate, whats the level like? I personally wouldnt mix oils but aslong as its the same 5w 40 then it shouldnt matter tbh.

If i put the clutch down and let the revs drop off for a second before changing then its ok, i know how to drive ive done it for a living for years and have had my licence nearly 9 years but shurely a quick gear change with the clutch fully depressed shouldnt make the gears crunch, im no clio...

Ha, ha, possibly, but i used to beast my vts's and there box's are renownd for being made of chocolate and never had any problems!

Sorry i ment to say 7k when the rev light comes on!! I would never drive hard until after a good drive anyway when everything is up to temp. I hadnt noticed it on the test drive as i wasnt really thrashing it but last night it crunches in the gears i mentioned, i think its a start of a problem...
