on the other hand, russ. i think on the angelworks website he also quotes the before and after internal measurements? you can measure the inside of the inlets with a vernier caliper.
most flow mods help torque, so inlets, de-cat, exhaust, porting head, etc. basically anything that produces resistance to the movement of gasses through the engine.
