Cups run ET38.5 iirc, ph1 172 ran ET43 and sure the ph2 172's did too.
Think but not 100% sure the 182's were ET45 to took in the arches.
Not sure about the 182's but for the 172's, running a Cup offset is a good move. Could really notice the difference on my ph1
Not sure about the cam but iv got a spare head with similer groove markings in the journal and took it to a machine shop said they can be sorted no probs.
Best bet is to take the head to a machine shop and see what they say
I might be wrong mate but thought they only did 2 offsets in Renault fit, et38 and the iirc Palmer sport anthracite special edition one of et43.
If its et37 rather than et38 yeah go for the 37. Just dont go for the et43's lol

Why does the kit replace the crank pulley? Is it for cosmetic reasons or because its lightweight does it have a advantage over the OE Renault item?
Looks a good bit of kit. 16kg's is a fair old chunk of weight
How do you remove the 2 hinge pins from the front door of a ph2 Clio to remove the door?
Iv removed the 2 clips on the pins but the pins themselfs won't budge.
Anyone help?
cheers
You would still get gains, the exact same end result as any inlet but the overall difference would be felt less due to the initial RS one being apparently better in stock trim.
From experience dont go the cam route unless its to compliment. By the time youve lashed out for inlets, exhaust, IK's remaps and other strap on's to go alone with them you'll be in ITB or jms inlet money which does get you in the zone your after
