    rears are all the same for all the sports, they have different part numbers but they are the same. you can buy blistien shockers for them from tweeks for around £50 each

    either you badly need to defrag it, your antivirus is always scanning or your hard disk is on its last legs Also check if the hard disk is running in DMA mode

    Done a few, easier if you drop the subframe and 8 hours is good due to the ammount of stuff you need to remove

    you just need the cam locking tool. It isnt as easy as other cambelts -

    its the connections on the horn itself - once you have cleaned them you need to put a little bit of lithium grease on them

    do the disks look rusty? - if so the surface rust has built up and all will be ok once you have done a bit of braking. Or take the wheels off and give the disks a bit of a sand down

    If its the body again then renault will do it again for free - to get a correct diagnosis it will need to be plugged into the CLiP. It could also be the 1st lambda sensor or the coil pack

    The sensor is not replaceable - its a whole new throttle body. Try cleaning the body before replacing with some carb cleaner this has worked for me many times in the past.

    seems good value you get a decat pipe too - email them before you buy as this company somtimes have them sent directly from italy it takes weeks.
