that's what i'm going to say.
My dads got a scenic, my brothers got a Clio 182 like myself. So that a lot of money they are going to lose. My dads already said he's not going back to renault, but i'll still tell them they are now going to lose all my families custom. I didn't realise i could...
Is the 24k service major? Here is my invoice for my 12k and 24k and i can't see any extra work which they have carried out?
Here is the invoice:
The 12K
==================
Carry out 12k seervice (£81.76)
Disposal of controlled waste: (£6.95)
Engine Emissions control test: (£25.48)...
I thought it would be around £200. I tell you that's the last time i'm going near a renault reg vardy dealership. I've heard i could have gotten the service done for £160 that's f**king half the price, i feel ripped off and very annoyed, and on top of that the shocks!!!
They are still...
I haven't got a clue with all this shite. Where did you buy them from and will i need aspecial ones as i have the Cup pack on my 182? Or are they all very similar?
I really do hate Reg Vary Renault Middlesbrough, I'm still waiting for them to call me back, yes its been 3 hours and i'm still waiting. It would be different if I was buying a car, ther would have rung back in 5 min. They are like flies around dog s**t when you want to buy a car, but when...
Also renault said the car was unsafe to drive. Will they still let me drive it, i've been driving it like this for about 5 months and i've put another 12k on it, travveling from Portsmout to Middlesbrough and vice versa.
Yes, it should be as simple as that. On http://www.renaultsport.co.uk i posted the same thread and they have told me that the shocks are not covered under the warranty. But it would be nice for renault to ring me back and tell me this.
How much will they cost to get fitted at another garage...
lol, why are they so shite!!! It must be a common problem then, and if so, renault should do something about it, £200 is just a stupid price to pay for something that should be under warranty.
Renault just rang my mother up and they have told e I need 2 new shocks and it's going to cost me £100. They said it's not covered on the warrenty as 25,000 is apparently ok for shocks to go. So what's happened to my 60,000 miles warrenty.
I might need legal advice on this.

Well i'm off now to send it in to Renault in Middlesbrough. I'll let you all know what they have done and how much it cost me.
ALSO can i get my brakes fitted elsewhere if i need them or will it affect the warranty
I'd worry about spending so much on the car, it must be costing a lot of money. All it takes is someone in a banger to smash into you and write the car off. Then all the money you have spent on the car has gone to waste. Also it looks too low at the front, I don't understand why people lower...
Many people have already seen this which happens to my car:
Well its going in for a service tomorrow (24,000) so i'm going to have to let them know about this and the knocking which i can here when driving in 3 - 4th gear whilst NOT accelerating or braking. I personally think my car is...
I know i have a knocking noise in low gear 1st, 2nd, when slowing down or speeding up. But the past 2 months i'm getting the knocking noise at the rear of the car, which when going over bumps on the road, can hear it and its rather annoying. Sounds exactly like the noise from the front engine...
people say you shouldn't use alloy cleaners as it takes of the laquour which is on the wheels, thus leaving the wheels prone to brake dust and tar eating at them. People just say wash them then appy the same polish you appy onto your painted bodywork, onto your wheels.
