it sounds as if its shorting, so have your run new cable to the speakers, if so, did you drill a hole for the cable, and not put a gromet in, it may be that the speaker insulation is damaged somewere and the two cable are touching each other or the chassi, but the cable can move so they move...
ive almost finished the box now, ive desided to split the box 70 - 30, the 30 section will have my crossovers mounted on ect, and the sub will go in the 70 section.

both doors totaly dynomatted, stupid plastic speaker cups, cut out of skins, mids in, dash off, old tweeter mounts cut out, tweeter grilles out, mounted tweeters where grilles used to be, dash back on, crossovers mounted in boot,

yer i was thinking bout getting the bumper, what does IGOTPARTS charge??? but u have 2 buy the wings as well, so the bumper sits flush. then get them both sprayed.

no the HU doesnt, well it didnt on my dynamique. Its worth changing it anyway, as it will improve the quality a lot. I take it your talking about the speakers when you say the 40 watts, if so, yes do, its always worth it. By a set of comps.

personally, i think you can get allot better subs for the money than Vibe, more of a mass market thing rather than quailty.
Build/buy an enclosure, and put 2 10" subs in to it rather than buying a vibe one, plenty of good subs around.
