If they have nothing at the moment see if you could...
Ditto to geoff....
Get it roaded to check and dont give those reno monkeys anymore excusses to thrash your motor.
Have you got your name down for the midlands/essex rolling road days...or both! there will be plenty to compare with there.

K-tec have developed a centre section and a new twin exit box. The whole system is configurable to the sound you want from very quiet......to very loud! Give David a ring and he will explain more. He will not be happy until you are with the sound of his exhaust and will do all he can for you...
Ive got PSC213 in the front with the tweeters in the origanal mount position in the dash and the Xovers mounted in the boot(see ice gallery). The mids were a straight fit into the door card. There is a 5 position jumper in the Xovers to adjust the brightness of the tweeters but they are still...
I think they all sound like that with the bonnet open...theres a lot of sound deadening in there.
or.....get a K-Tec exhaust....you wont hear anything else then LOL! ;)

Telford_mike is your man. He has a twin exit on his MK2. I believe Demon Tweeks fitted it no problem if my memory is correct.
You should have no problem as all the pipework would be the same and the final exit would be the only difference. This is the case with the K-Tec.

I have the Superchips chip which was remapped into my ECU
I understand from other posts that the MK2 and CUP are the only ones that have a serial port to enable the software to be rewritten, hence the term remapping. The MK1s have to have a physical chip.

Its not the exhaust thats the problem its the IK that causes the fueling problem. Its the amount of air the engine is sucking in that the original engine map cannot allow for....so the need for a custom program.
Just do it....you wont be disssappointed.

Cam belt is notorious for braking. When Mad_marky had his new engine they had to change the cam belt before installing it as it it was fraying.
Good luck
He doesnt look that tall when they show him in the car. I think Tiff is over 6ft.
There are plenty of drivers it could be. If they are testing cars every week then it has to be someone who is available, so no one high profile I would think.
.....then Damon hasnt got much to do these days.

Norwich Union Direct clobbered me £26 for the remainder of the year..(3months)
Got a quote from Elephant for £450 including chip, IK & zorst.....renew in Jan:D
Geoff was right when he says about fueling @WOT but, when i went on the rollers before the remap and with the Viper and K-Tec exhaust it was not as expected. It was lean at mid point and massivley over fueling at WOT. Which tends me to think that all installations/combinations of IK/zorst need...
