I am taking it back in the new year for the centre section and maybe the new back box. The wife is not happy with the sound!!!!!! she says its too loud. I must say that it has settled down considerably since it was fitted, but having fitted £2.5Ks worth of ICE it does over power it a bit!

I have the video but....DOH! the head rest was on the microphone so the sound was a bit muffled!!! Its not too bad so if you want a copy thats no problem. It is digital but I have no way of getting it into a PC at the moment....working on that tho. I could put it on tape as analogue if you...

Definatley NO background but.....what about having the stiching all grey like the MK2 seats? maybe 2 types MK1 coloured, MK2 grey. The grey would stand out better without a background. Can they not do the colour of the original carpet???

The brakes are spot on....why try to upgrade and spend mege amounts when it really isnt necessary. Possibly fit grooved discs and F/r pads but even as Geoff said it changes the whole dynamics of what is possibly the best system ive had. Try stopping a diesel Vectra above 50mph....scary!!!

Mike.... how loud is it??? cannot quite hear what you said;) that K-tec must be deafening with the rear stripped out.....sadly the wife has made me sleep in the spare room until I can get the new centre section fitted and quietened it a bit......mind you I am sleeping well.

I got 34 mpg on the round trip to Brands last week...and that was with only getting it into 3rd on a couple of occasions when doing the laps.....paddock bend is mental!!!!;) Never trust the trip computer!!!

good to hear youre pleased with the mods but get the Co2 checked on a rolling road asap. probably will have some fueling problems....the performance gain is probably down to the georgious engine note and a heavier right foot;)

It is at the seem under the sill....there is a hole through the seem at the point you place the jack. Polished chrome strut brace....now thats going to look the dangly bits.

Jacked it up at the correct point, and yes the door was as though it had dropped too.

I know its got nothing to do with cornering but......having jacked up my car to remove a wheel to clean the inside (really dirty!) I had tried to open the bonnet to show a neighbour the Viper. It was as though it was twisted, so is the shell as rigid as they say?? or do you think a strut may...
