As far as I'm aware, both drivers are in hospital with neither having life-threatening injuries. If this had happened at a meeting with a big crowd, such as BTCC, I think we'd be looking at multiple spectator fatalities...

The off season since November felt like ages, partially due to not having a lot to do on the car thankfully, what I did do can be seen here. The only problem I didn't manage to sort out was an issue with the gearbox - shifting from second to third is really difficult and it cost me time in both...

The weekend's race ended pretty well for Harvick #29 who came from nowhere to win on the final bend of the final lap. Seeing the speed these things pass the camera at, mostly bump-drafting each other or partially sideways is mental.

No money means no major work done over the winter - I wanted to get the head off and inspect the cam, valves and pistons for wear and legality but as the car ran ok at the rolling road - decided this probably wasn't worth the cost and hassle. There's always next winter for that. What I have...
