Another really funny episode, especially when they pull into the petrol station and the redneck comes out asking them "Are you trying to get yourself killed." A truck full of rednecks turns up and starts throwing bricks at the camera crew. At this point Clarkson buggers off, James May cant get...
I'm with Elephant and have been for several years. i like the fact you can go online and get a quote then save it, go back in and change a few options (limit the milage, change job title) then see what saving you can make ;) I'm surprised at how little a CAT1 alarm reduces the policy, mind you...
I got new front and rear EBC drilled and grooved discs and EBC greenstuff pads fitted to my cup on the same day about a year ago. The brakes were checked recently and found that i still have half the brake pad material left in the front and the discs were ok. The rear brake pads were very low...
Re: Check out this b**ch
How long before the DVLA hear about this and slap road tax and an MOT on it. Looks good fun untill you fall off, lets face it who is gonna wear all the safety gear...lol
Crash Mcrae, i'd love to know the total cost of all the cars he's written off. The whole family of Mcrae's will be crashing at a show near you...namely the scottish motorsport show 24th and 25th February.
3 years to take pictures of the car....not the fastest of photographers...lol
To design / engineer every part yourself and have a working engine 1/3 scale is pretty special but 12 years to build it...INSANE!! and whats more crazy he cant even drive it...his talents are wasted building model cars.
Sorry to hear this, dont understand kids idea of fun these days is to run up and over cars.
Watch out for the "big fat heavy footed pigeons" next time..lol..classic coments.
Each to their own. I like my car to be clean but most times it aint, i prefer to drive it rather than clean it. :race:
The cars that have been washed/waxed/clayed properly do look amazing.
Here's what i used to change the settings. If your not sure like i said before take it back to where the alarm was installed and get them to re-adjust it.
It's always good now and then when the proximity alarm went off....means the alarms actually working.
I'd prefer the alarm to be too...
I had a Clifford concept 600 on my pug 306, Mine use to go off all the time when the binman would stop his truck right next to my car on purpose so the proximity warning alarm would go off....i think it humoured him no end...
Also when it was very windy this would set it off. Try taking...
Just a bit special...im liking this a lot. That engine conversion is very special, 400 bhp + and a 1 off roof mounted intercooler, ive never seen that before...not sure how much proper cooling this would get :S
Cheers for the support guys. Sorry to hear you have had problems as well Ross M.
Spent most of today jacking the car up/down and putting on/taking off alloys in between getting my m8 to take me to get tyres on them.
You didnt manage to sneak a few pics on the mobile phone when no one was looking?
Did you get to meet Ron Dennis or was he too busy to attend?
"you cant beat a nice bit of cheese Grommet"
Clio cam sounds a good idea...what camcorder you got, is the nightvision really good? i might have to buy a camcorder and set one up...gives me an excuse to buy a comcorder as well i suppose...!!
Woke up this morning to find 2 slashed tyres...i'm well pissed off!!!!
These are my spare set of alloys as i have put my original set of Turini's in for a refurb on Monday. Now i dont know if i should put my refurbbed alloys + good tyres back on the car...if there gonna be slashed...
