TBH mate I'd just save the cash, Even with a remap/tuning box you'd probably struggle to keep up with the likes of VTR's etc. I toyed with the idea myself but it's not worth it. For £300 you could get a nice TV or something instead of an extra 15bhp!

Premier Inn is the best bat at J36 as mentioned above, 15/20 mins drive if you head down the motorway and then past my village! Think I may tag along for a quick watch TBH.
