AA card with mine in tax disk holder.
Mine is a bit lumpy idling, but under 1000rpm and no probs starting.
I would not be happy if I were you and have had it a couple of weeks and thay cant look at it immediately for you.
I do about 90 miles a day omn the motorway and although it is not the best motorway car, it is no problem and not bad on fuel (I probably average 80 - 85 mph).
Could do with 6th gear but not bad considering. I have been commuting for 9 years and had diesel A4, diesel 156, Freelander TD4. I...
Maybe a bit biased, but I love it. It is usually slightly lighter than the motor show pic and darker than Daipacs pic.
But dependant on the light at the time, it actually appears to vary in shade from light to dark. Very strange for a non metallic but I genuinely think it looks great. It is...
Lee,
Have heard this noise once at about 130, dont make a habit of doing more than a ton as i commute 90 miles a day and dont fancy the train.
Thought it was just the vent making a noise or something but definately was a buzzer of some sort coming from down by the aircon controls.
At the...
Spooky , just pmd Dave 182 saying how hard the flies are to get off my 182 in Racing Blue. Leaves very black, very stubborn marks all over the front end and mirrors.
Eggs thrown by kids totally wrecked the paint on my wifes 156, each impact of the three that hit the car chipped the paint in a little web like pattern
Carry a pack of baby ass wipes, great for removing all kinds of sh*t and gentle enough not to harm a new born babys bum.
Not sure that it wont completely take the paint off a reno tho.
Your a lucky man Mike, I saw a new Silver Vee parked up in Pontypridd a little while ago and It looked absolutely awesome. Made mine look like very puny.
Have to get that down to Pembrey so I can have a look. Looks nice in Red in the photos - good choice.
My wife has a new 1.6 Megane and it really is a nice family car. It is however dog slow, its getting better with miles but it is not even what I would call nippy.
The ride is also very family orientated. It feels quite remote to drive and you get little feel through the electrically assisted...
Unfortunately, Id say that if the cars are side by side in pic 1 and still side by side in pic 2 then the photos will show that you were travelling at the same speed and you will both get done.
Just a thought, not backed up by anything.
Mine have worn through to the hessian backing after 6500 miles, agreed cack mats.
I wonder how much Reno would charge for them, I have heard a set for a megane are over £100?
I have had mine up to about 130 on a local private runway and it did make a strange buzzing noise seemed to be coming from the air conditioning control area, vent etc.
Only did it once to date and I did not really think too hard about it as it went immediately when I slowed down. A friend in...
Seen a new silver V6 in Pontypridd a couple of times and it looks absolutely awesome.
If I could afford to buy and run one on my 90 mile a day commute, The tin snipped original bodywork would not bother me in the slightest, pic for info only not a criticism.
I would love one. Good luck with it.
Think this is a V6 in the making, back arch looks cut away with tinsnips

Have a good look at your paint, kids egged my wifes alfa 156, three hit it and there are now three clearly visible marks in the paint about 2 inches across . They look a bit like a spiders web, but it is severe to the point where paint is required.
If you know who did it, beat the crap out of...
Rough calculations as follow:
50 litre tank = 11 gallons (about £44.5 based on 89p super)
300 miles using 11 gallons = 27 mpg
We are probably all filling up with a gallon or so left, I ve never put more than £38 (about 42 litres) in and had the light on, so anyone getting 300 miles to...
Mine was disturbingly heavy on fuel at first, done nearly 4k now and the consumption is much better. If you are using super unleaded then at my local garage its about 10p/litre more so money wise you dont get as far for your pound and this makes the consumption appear orse than it is.
Worth...
This is my first Renault and only had it 2 months, just finishing degree course, working full time and just to top it off got a 10 month old baby boy.
Will try to come to meets now college is over tho.
Not sure if these are the Exalto 2s but they are only £46.80 for a 195 x 15" (looking for tyres for my Golf and spotted this), in comparison to the £140ish Reno want for genuine 182 tyres. I know the 182 has 16" but an extra £90??
