The car has had 3 former keepers according to the V5. It only displays the name of the last owner on section 2.
The main reason I ask is because I tried to trade it in a little while ago and the dealer wasnt interested because he thought the number of owners would make it difficult to shift...
Actually, just been flicking through my V5 and it says in the special notes section: Declared new at first registration. Could this mean that it was pre registered?
Rick
Is there any way of knowing for sure if my car was pre registered at a dealership? If anyone has the means to find out for me, I can PM you my reg no. Alternatively , if there is anywhere on the internet that I can check that would be good (bit of a long shot, but if you dont ask you dont get!)...

Mine were secured good and proper when I had the coilovers. But then when I went back to standard I guess I wasnt thinking straight when I put the brackets back on as they were far too close to the tyre. Result: five minutes later the ABS light came on. Lesson learnt!

Standard looks best. The stick on ones are awful.
I bloody love the Flame Red! Easily the best RS colour. Its a bugger to photograph tho, it never quite reproduces the colour right on pictures. Anyway heres a couple of pics for you.

Yeah, if youve got an old car which is in particularly good nick then its worth going with an insurer who will...
You can save a fair bit of money with a respray if youre prepared to do some of the prep work yourself. Its not worth papering down the bodywork unless you can do a good job. But you can do all the stripping out yourself, and prep the engine bay and inside of the doors etc for paint.

I thought the article was crap to be honest. They should have just had separate reviews of each car. Having said that, Evo has been a little strange over the last few months. Hopefully it will pick up again soon....
I think the relative lack of new performance cars is making it more difficult...

Higher or lower than £400?
OK, assuming I dont get a custom exhaust made up. What are the off the shelf options? I know about K-Tec and Magnex but other companies dont seem to get much of a mention...
If I do get custom on it, does anyone know of any decent exhaust makers around Lincs/East Yorkshire?
Cheers
