I'd say this is deffo an area where Virgin media is better than sky, firstly you don't have to buy the box and pay for the extra cover incase it breaks(which it will), you only pay for installation and more to the point if it breaks they just come out and bang a new one in like
I have this 6cd changer....
it was taken from a 2005 172 and had the mounting bracket, i now have this in my 2006 new shape clio and am wondering if this type of changer is actually supplied with new shape clio's say either the 197 or as an optional extra, only reason I ask is I currently...
right I am reviving this thread coz i'm still not sure, I know alot more than I did but still not sure, the effect i'm going for is the blue look of 8-10000k (i think) or is that too blue and classed as chav? anyway I want to know will these just be 8000k xenon bulbs that replace my standard...
Thanks to all who replied, susanamck that looks exactly like the back end of my car even down to the colour!!! so that gave me a great idea of what it will be like so thanks for that.

I have searched threads on this but not found the exact answer i'm looking for, first of all on the new clio 2005+ when de-badging will it leave any holes? and also I Heard that badges on clio's are set into the boot so if you de-badge you will still effectively have the outline of the removed...
Right I have searched threads on this but can't really find the answer i'm looking for, a lad in my old place of work had a new style clio like mine, his side lights where blue and looked pretty good and his main lights where crisp white instead of that normal yellow colour, I want this too, now...

Morning all,
Looking for someone who knows about this type of thing to give me a yes or no answer first of all, I'm looking to buy the renault/alpine cd chenger that FunkyMunkey is selling and i'm running a standard mk3 headunit will, can i connect this changer to my headunit?
Thanks
the rims are gettin changed soon no doubt about that, not putting the original renault ones back on they are just too small, looking at buying the 17's off the 197 and lowering
paid an extra 850 including paiting, to be honest not sure if that is a good price, he said because i was buyin the car it was considerably cheaper, but then again he would say that,
yer it is the colour of the car, originally didn't do the top and it didn't look that good, I couldn't help but think the black looked cheap and boring though, hence getting it done like that plus i wanted it to be slightly different oh and didn't fancy paying £100+ for a new dull black one...
While installing this
as i'm sticking to the original headunit it was in and out as I had to tap into all the speaker wires and locate the ignition wire etc, anyway the centre console became damaged and was really annoying me so decided to have this done....
was nervous incase it...
I have had the kit on it since i got it but i paid renault to supply, paint & fit, the wheels where on my old clio, jus put them on this until I can buy new ones as these rims are slightly bargin bin now

I had a panasonic with steering wheel controls, just go to halfords/motorworld they will tell you whether your headunit is compatible and if the lead can be ordered
