Where is the best place to buy a lead to fit a 2004 clio to a jvc headunit in order to still use stalk contol?

short answer is, you might not be able to. Only Pioneer, Kenwood and Sony HU are compatable with the "satellite" hands free unit on Clios.

The steering control on clios is called a satellite - nothing to do with Sat-nav or anything.

if jvc have the ability to have a stalk control it then someone would have built an adapter as the matrix from the stalk can be accessed easily from the back of the clock

I had a panasonic with steering wheel controls, just go to halfords/motorworld they will tell you whether your headunit is compatible and if the lead can be ordered

you can do so long as your unit does it,even the radio maker,ie. kenwood should have their own version of steering wheel controls,alpine,blaupunkt etc do.
