You are correct ben it is the 182 engine I am fitting.
At the back of the plenum there is this nipple (pt4) and there was also a black bit of pipeing about 2" long. This 2nd bit of piping I fitted the black plastic hose...
This is my rotary polisher, its a great lightweight machine, with softstart and electronic speed control.

Right, engine is back in and almost everything is plumbed back in.

Then add about £1k minimum in labour.
Drilling out all the spot welds and cutting the 1/4 along the roof gutter and chopping it along the door sill and roof.
Then refitting the new 1/4's and weld them into place, fill, smooth and paint the whole side of the car and...
Ok mate, just try again. Just the one side will be fine, but jack the other side up and remove the wheel so you can measure it again and be sure.
Measure twice, fit once;)
Did mine today, well refitted the engine.
I split gearbox and wedged that in place, then dropped engine in and mated it up with the box.
Took 15mins to get it in and bolted to the mounts.
That was after struggling for an hour to get them both in together:o
Did you measure from the centre of the hub to the bottom of the arch or from the floor to the centre of the hub?
It will take you 15mins to adjust it, stop being so lazy and get it done before you kill yourself or someone else

Your list above is fine, you dont need to dry your car before the clay stage if you dont want to.
She's tried to park in that space behind you, lok at he way her wheels are pointing, if she was taking evasive action the wheels would be pointing towards the curb.
