Its usually the sensor in the n/s mirror but if you want to know for sure youre gonna have to take it to your dealer.Especially as you will probably want it done under warrenty.
Pretender got a set of M3 mirrors from K-tec for his car but they were useless. When sitting in the car all you could see was the side of the car even with them fully adjusted. So he put his original ones back on. :(
Not saying use a standard plug socket, use a standard 14mm deep socket [ available at any motor spares shop ] , an extension and ratchet and changing the plugs is no problem at all.

Why are you all so obsessed with getting a special tool for changing spark plugs.I work for a Renault dealer and we use a standard 14mm deep socket, nothing special.
Im getting a pretty constant 44 mpg, thats round town and motorway runs. Done a trip to Cardiff and back on saturday [300 miles ] average mpg was 46.2!!
