The only problem with the spring option is i like my current ride height so i think it will have to be coils, they dont have damping settings which is a pain but my fault for buying cheap to start with :( budget wise tho i would probably go to around £500 if i do decide to get better coils.

Hmmm so maybe i should sell the coils and save the extra little cash and just buy a decent set lol i was under the impression that they both helped body roll a fair bit :(

The reason i ask is my car tends to roll just a little bit too much, ive got ktec coilovers and ive refreshed all the front bushes with original parts which i should probably polybushed but i didnt lol so my question is which eliminates body roll the best? Pros and cons of both???

I went up the 4520 mate, the roads after builth were the better half tho but none the less it was a amaizing drive :)

No i didnt but i did go to aberystwth for a wedding, and all i can say the highlight of the weekend was the driving there and back. We went up through the beacons, through builth and up that way and all the way the roads were epic!!! Yes the odd caravan and biker but mainly foot down driving...

I have one you can have mate, it has a little surface rust due to its been in shed a year but the bearing was fine before i took it off the car.

Ive had this problem before, i had it serviced new plugs, oil the general things and it went away, that was last year ive had services since but kept the same plugs and its just started happning to me again, exactly what you describe.
