My 172 lossened up around 30k for sure, most will say that a 172 cup with 60k on the clock will feel the most lively. You should have about 20bhp there in the civic, so it should fell quicker, but there's only about 0.2sec to 60 in it and not really noticable on the road. It's probably...

Brake switch, may just need adjusting. It's common for them to go, but you need it plugged in to check really.

Local Renault Dealer should be around £400-£450max. A good specalist would charge about half that. Carlton Garage, Exmouth are one of the best.

Just noticed my passenger side fog light is cracked. Are the 1*2 fog lights the same as non-sport Clio's?

Same thing happened to mine, one of the cables had snapped. It didn't take Renault to long too fix. No idea of cost, but probably an hours labour for both.
