ive got a dci 80 and want it to breathe a bit better dont want an induction kit just an after market filter/panel filter what should i go for? where should i get it? how much? (doesnt matter how expensive) mainly, will it make a difference?

u need 172 wings and 172 front bumper - plus the list i made up above! the 172 wings are wider than the standard ones on ur 1.2 and yes, since they are renault, they will fit perfectly!

its pretty easy to fit you will need 2 wings, 2 skirts, front bumper, front splitter, front arch liners and if u want the front grill oh yeah and colour coding to get the 172 look wings - £100 for pair roughly from renault bumper - £130 or so splitter - £50 from ebay arch liners...

mine is dynamique it was £140 for the screen and a couple of hours work if that so your looking around £350 at least for the whole lot including dash needs a clean lol havent got it wired up yet but will hopefully get that sorted within the week! also every one has commented on it...

how easy is it to fit? how much was the wheel??

should cost sub £200 which includes the dash and screen holder do u want sat nav or just dvd/tv screen?? i got mine done (after bothering mike loads for part numbers lol ) but i could not find a screen to match!! what i eventually did tho was to buy a 5.8" necvox FD-5869 screen...

is the steering wheel a hard mod to do?? looks like u have a gap between where the air bag cover and wheel meet? also looks a different colour? :S

yes they will! :D the silver handles are around £27+vat afaik from renault but they crop up on ebay regularly

put up the bonnet, remove the scuttle panel and window wipers (iirc) there are 3 screws at the top of the wings you have to take the bumper and arch liners off i think there are screws under the arch where the bumper is and another where the wing joins the bottom where a skirt would...

ive checked this out before and afaik it will not fit due to the raid gear stick and where it fits against the engine! other than that if u want to custom adjust it be my guest and let me know how u get on ;)

the k-tec grill is tacky and silly - its sits further out than the standard grill or anyother grill for the clio also, if you have the cliosport ie 172/82 stick with their standard grill! other than that i would seriously recommend the MS Designs grill - best after market grill unless...

mmm not my cup of tea to be honest mate i had the idea of black wheels and polished lip but i think it would make the car too dark! anythin else? i quite like these rims on these 172's but im worried that they will look small under the arches and the mods ive done to the front bumper...
