Which filter?

ive got a dci 80 and want it to breathe a bit better

dont want an induction kit just an after market filter/panel filter

what should i go for?
where should i get it?
how much? (doesnt matter how expensive)

mainly, will it make a difference?

I have the dci 80 too :approve:
didnt think Green filters were available for the dci at all

will the Green panel filter for the dci 65 fit the 80 model ?

Will it make any difference to the sound or will I need a cone filter for that?

Put a Green panel in my 172 and am very happy with it

Take the element out and replace it with a bit of gauze....? (anyone tried that before?)

or just go to the nearest shop which supplies these parts and ask them which suits your car the best.

I fitted the K&N filter to my 60hp dci, does the job fine. V happy. Got it on ebay. Btw it doesn't change the sound of the engine.

Won't make any HP difference.
Strip the car out, tunning box maxed out (will affect the engine though life wise)
Thats about the best you can do.
Stick with the standard option there no need to uprade.
