Urgent: lamda sensor :S

Car  2015 Audi S3 Stage 3
i was cleaning the engine bay a bit 2day and took off my engine cover to give it a polish

i was brushing the back of the engine and i notcied that a plug/sensor was not attached

afaik its situated on top of the air feed for the turbo...

i havent had the engine cover off in months and as far as i know it has not been anywhere recently that has required it to come off.

I got a clifford alarm put in not so long ago, would there be any reason for this sensor to be removed?

its a 1.5DCi 80 clio by the way and i have re-connected it

any help appreciated, thanks

Not realy it makes up its own values if it has no reading.
Should be no reason for it to be disconnected as the ECU needs it to work out boost fom the turbo.

yeah thats what ive been told on my local site and it apparantly affects my mpg - if thats true then happy days
