I went direct to an Apple Service Centre (although I knew someone there) and they fixed it on a next day basis. Dunno if it was because I knew the guy, but they picked it up from my work for me.. fixed it, and dropped it off on two occasions.. I was only without it for about 2 days each time. :D

I never thought I'd see someone say AVG is rubbish in the same sentence as suggesting McAfee is suitable.. really. :eek:

Sky. I think everyone I've ever spoken to, who has Virgin/NTL, do it based purely on cost.. if Sky was the same price, they'd get Sky every time.. :p

So the main use will be Exchange? There are loads of articles on the internet for design considerations.. etc.. How many users/mailboxes etc? £600 might be pushing it if you do intend to really load the server up.

OSX renders fonts differently.. with difference Anti-Aliasing etc. Can't remember if there's a tool in OSX to change the Anti-Aliasing stuff? Guessing not.. mainly because OSX renders fonts much better. (Altho, I do use Cleartype in Windows so not miles away)

You'll probably find they're a similar price to www.apple.com/uk/thestore everywhere.. John Lewis give you extra warranty etc.. and some places like Mac Warehouse are marginally cheaper.. but they're pretty static in price.

Well, What sort of things can BES do that the current ActiveSync can't? There's not much.... really.... :p But sure, SCMDM will own all... ;) And, with the invent of iPhone Enterprise.. and the wide range of new WM phones coming out.. it's only going to get even better :D

You what? BES is absolutely awful. My main advice to anyone is get a phone with Activesync (providing they use Exchange) and be done with it.. :P
