I went direct to an Apple Service Centre (although I knew someone there) and they fixed it on a next day basis.
Dunno if it was because I knew the guy, but they picked it up from my work for me.. fixed it, and dropped it off on two occasions.. I was only without it for about 2 days each time. :D
So the main use will be Exchange?

OSX renders fonts differently.. with difference Anti-Aliasing etc.
Can't remember if there's a tool in OSX to change the Anti-Aliasing stuff? Guessing not.. mainly because OSX renders fonts much better. (Altho, I do use Cleartype in Windows so not miles away)
Is it really Technology? I did think about it, but thought no one is stupid enough to move it to Technology - ahwell.. :)

John Lewis give you extra warranty etc.. and some places like Mac Warehouse are marginally cheaper.. but they're pretty static in price.
