The ph2 172 has slightly shorter gearing ratios to compensate for the added weight, it also has more weight to lose,
therefore in track guise (stripped) it's just as quick, if not quicker than the ph1.
the proverbial can o' worms is open
not the worst wheels in the world
not very sporty though, and heavy.
buy a PFC magazine, theres usually loads of companies throwing eibach offers at you in there
haha, i know it's not the flashest,
however most of the modifications are functional, and exactly how i'd mapped out my car in my head, pretty much!
however the budget is proving to be a problem
yeah, just a random MOT garage, legends to be honest
it can and will fail on headlight alignment by the way, quite a big MOT failure
but if it's glued and they're not dickheads you'l be ok
My old clio failed it's MOT for this exact reason, offside was broken.
they said that they wouldn't let it pass unless i bought a whole new light,
went somewhere else and they fixed them with a little bit of metal and MOT'd me!
in all fairness the 1.2 16v is pretty much giving it everything it can anyway, pretty powerful for a 1.2, cant imagine much improvement.
if you use a 1.2 16v hard they s**t the bed pretty quickly anyway, the drivetrain isn't all that strong, speaking from experience
