hhmm youve got to wonder why people spend impreza money on a hatch tho. In theory there should be no cooper S on the road at all because every oether car in the class is as good or better and about 4 grand cheaper. I like the comment about clios not been individual. I get the feeling that mini...

Blimey, yes of course you can fit a 6-speed in a 182......Can anybody think of the manufacturer name Im thinking of???
renault
meganee 225 slots straight on ;)
thats what I thought, anyway you cant possibly be working the mpg out accuratey if your getting 15mpg, youd still get 20 if you completely thrashed it everywhere
Right well for a start off theres been 3 known 172 fires so not really an epidemic to worry about lol.
I think the main reason is the 182 ( essentially a cup with all the toys which has to be an appealing idea!) when a new model comes out people always want it, they get offered next to...
I found them okay but a bit thick. I made a mistake on my order (wrong house number) called them straight away and got them to amend it whilst I was on the phone. You can probably guess the rest. Took about 2 weeks to sort out.

Hooray! youve seen the light m8!
I drove down the a 64 to pickering (from leeds) at the weekend, and f**k me as soon as the sun shines people concentration on the road goes to ratsh*t. They sit in the outside lane doing 40 mph and you can see them pointing out the windows and looking at the pretty views.
I flashed about 4...
I can beleive the 180 is a very good car, peugeot have a better track record than renno do for their sport models! also they must have learnt harsh lessons from their pathetic 1st attempt at the GTI.
I would not believe entirely what EVO say about the 180 IMO they are a bit elitist and if the...
lol I remember piucking the 172 up, the handover guy got halfway through his b****cks showing us all the switches and blah blah and just said, do youwant to just get in now and drive it?....erm yes! 5 mins later I was scaring my girlfriend to death on the dual carriageway you turn onto as you...

Its not as easy as that, tho.
lol agreed. Nearly 200 BHP under your right foot you WILL use it and youll use it all the time...
Hmm I think when youve had a 172 or williams or something really quick you soon get used to it and forget how bloody dangerous they can be in the wrong hands. I would reccomend getting 2 to 3 years of experience on the roads doing some serious milage before getting something that does 0-60 in...
got my gtech yesterday, luckily got an industril estate near me which is pretty level.
Averageing 6.5 to 60 and 14.9 1/4 mile
This is 172 mk2 with decat and filter no other mods
What have you lot bee getting?
f**k me has cliosport been taken over by old men?
There nothing wrong with a hard run in. I would say the majority of people on here with new 172s have done it. I spoke at length about this to the guy that runs RE performance in Bury (rolling road) he tunes racing and rally cars etc so he...
let it warm up first then rag it. All this running in stuff is b****cks, the engines are bench tested at 14000 rpm or somehting before they get fitted
As for 98 ron I personally think its a total waste of money but Im sure many people will disagree with me.
Keep an eye on your oil level as...
in a way m8 your very very lucky! I caught someone braking into my works van the other week but by the time Id got me pants on and got downstairs they had scarpered, cops searched for them but never found the litte sh*tbags
