Some nice shots of my replacement 172cup. 'T6 CUP' plus some Bedford pics

Great photos! :approve: Really like your new cup; was it running the 'bodies when you bought it? Or, have you had the ITB work done? Westy is my favourite, I think

    Ollie's Silver Cup - JMS RS2/Wilwood/2118

Re: Iceberg 172 Cup Project Cheers mate. Having fun getting the horn to work at the moment though haha. I think it's an earthing issue, the new horn push isn't earthing at the moment, so no horn! :o Fingers crossed it could be tomorrow for the manifold. The last update in the RS2 thread...

    Ollie's Silver Cup - JMS RS2/Wilwood/2118

    Ollie's Silver Cup - JMS RS2/Wilwood/2118

Re: Iceberg 172 Cup Project Strangely, the horn push doesn't fit in the centre of the wheel with the top silver ring in place on the boss. As can be seen from this photo, the silver ring has a raised outward lip in the centre; it's this that's stopping the horn push going in. Leaving this...

    I love iceberg!

Cheers mate. I don't think they would :( The K-Tec setup uses standard fitment 1*2 discs I believe, whereas our kit uses discs with a different offset. The only way around it would be to swap to the K-Tec aluminium mounts, rather than the Jam ones I guess. I remember Mark mentioning the...

    Maynard's 172 Track Car Project

Liking the black washer blanks! :) At the time when I bought my exhaust, I don't think the yozza's wern't readily available. I went with a k-tec stealth, but am regretting it now to be honest; it'll be changed for a yoz race at some point I imagine.

    I love iceberg!

Mine hadn't been waxed properly for a while, so there wasn't really any wax left on it lol! However, I do have some AG HD cleanser, but haven't used it yet.

It was between that and diamond white. But, diamond white's a hard wax and I've, as yet, not tried using hard wax, so thought I'd stick to the safe option with light fantastic. :)

Just been looking on cleanyourcar.co.uk at machine polishers; the menzerna intro kit seemed really good value, so I've ordered myself one. :D Ordered some dodo juice light fantastic wax and some more dodo juice supernatural wax too :)

Thanks, I'm happy with the results. It's the first time I've spent a decent amount of time on it for a long while actually. :) Thanks! :approve: I parked next to a silver 182 (titanium?) and the difference was really noticeable; could really see the blue tint in the iceberg. Thanks...

    I love iceberg!

For a 'boring silver', iceberg comes up lovely with a bit of work imo! Spent a bit of time over the last couple of days going over the car. If anyone's interested in products used, etc; snowfoamed, washed with dodo juice supernatural, clayed with ag clay and rapid detailer, washed with...
