You will have to buy a whole new pedal assembly (comes as a kit). Not a difficult home job, just a bit fiddly due to the location of the pedal! Make sure you have a good look at the old pedal setup before you remove it. You will get a pedal, two arms, two shims, spring and a new clip but no new...
This is quite normal during ABS regulation but if there is vibration and juddering through the steering wheel as well, then you more than likely have warped front discs.
The ABS system is and has to be very sensistive and should be no cause for alarm.
If you understand exactly how it...

The grease should be applied the the rubber block, both sides, of the top engine mount. No need to remove the mount as you can get to the rubber through the slots in the alloy part of the mount. The mount that bolts to the cylinder head and joined at the drivers side top suspension mount is the...
Sounds like the self adjusting ratchet teeth on the clutch padal maybe worn out. You say the clutch pedal goes to the floor, is this without any resistance being felt in the pedal? If you reapply the clutch, does it then work. A loud clicking noise (several clicks all at once) when pressing the...
The knocking noise is mainly heard when cold. As it warms ups, so does the rubber pad inside the mounting. Try the grease solution I have posted, first.

Sorry for the delay in getting back with some more help. Have been very busy!
Here goes then. First, remove the steering wheel cowlings, just the upper may suffice. Locate the wiper switch connection plug. There will be 2 rows of wires in this plug. These are labelled A 1 to 7 and B 1 to 7...

Legal requirement for tread depth is 1.6mm over the centre 3/4 of the tyre.
It can be bald 1/8 on the inner and outer sides of the tread and still pass an MOT.
Mr plod may have a different idea though.
Dont let your tyres get into this state in the first place, change em when they are...

Common problem - simple solution.
Its the top engine mount by the cambelt cover.
Replace the mount and it will go. (total solution)
You could also try this, as it often stops it knocking.
Remove the black plastic cover over the mounting, 1 T30 torx screw. You should see 2 slots in the...
PAS systems run on automatic gearbox oil.
Renault recommend the following.
Elf Renaultmatic D2 or Mobil ATF 220.
Most ATF oils will be ok and wil mix with what is already in your system.
Its a bog standard SAE 30 oil.
Hope that helps.

Hi alnug.
I have read your post and can only confirm that the rear suspension is NOT adjustable. Unless you are suffering with a particular handling problem or excessive tyre wear, I would leave it be. The only real cure would be to replace the whole beam axle and even then it is not assured...
If its pulling to one side but not under braking then it could be a tracking problem. It could also be down to front tyres. Are they both the same make with the same tread wear?
Swop the front wheels across the axle. Does the car now pull to the left?
If yes, its your tyres, if no then its a...

Now I have had time to read your post while not on the phone! I may offer the following comments.
We are talking your EXTERNAL temperature gauge?
If it reads -40 then it has an open circuit (broken wire or poor connection)
If it reads +140 then it has a short circuit to + or earth. If it...
Hi
The reprogramming of the injection computer (ECU) addresses the stalling of the 1.2 16v. It writes new data to the EPROM (Erasable Reprogrammable Read Only Memory) inside the computer. It changes only the parameters for idling. If you have a flat spot around 3000 rpmish, then thats another...
