you could put a sports cat on your standard system, but tbh its more than likely a massive waste of money and time. are you after noise or performance ? if its performace you might wanna look at other things instead of the exhaust, its not really the best option

cat back wont make any performance difference, just sound and look better. umm k -tec do stealth systems, prob get them elsewhere too, google stealth systems for your car. prob get one for £200-250 or so

if its a cat back, i.e doesnt effect performance at all. ( just dont touch the cat) then youa int gotta tell insurance at all mate. they only care about performace parts. the stealth systems are good idea if your not up for a big change in looks but want some noise

do it yourself, should be easy as pie mate, will more than likely sit perfect, if it dont just after its all on, loosen it a bit and twist the pipe slightly and it will move where it sits slightly

them clamping kits aint bad though, mates got them on his golf and its alright. but yeah set of lowering springs would be best choice

if you aint got enough money to spend on coilovers, get a spring clamping kit. youlll need 3 kits. there about £20-£25 each. alot cheaper than coilovers but not as comfy to drive on
