i am insured with highway through greenlight on my cup i haven't had a renewal with them but nobody could touch them when i renewed last :) its a joke with yours though going from a 200sx to clio and treating you like this!

you can always get a pattern part center section and backbox however i wouldnt advise it as i have had nothing but trouble with mine blowing at the backbox join! Best bet is get a OE one from eBay (cheaper than going to Renault)

did you test the rebound with the springs fitted?

0w 40 isn't the recommended viscosity for a 172 - stick with 5w or 10w

its going to be hard for you to do any back tracking now as you have told them you have had it fitted. i would have spoke to them first about costings before it was fitted (or even before you bought it) failing that, if your desperate you could wait a few days and then "remove" it
