here we go again, use the best oil for your budget more important is regular changes. i have never had a problem with triple r, it meets the Renault specification (RN...) so does me fine

you can use the rear beam just use a good piece of wood to spread the load a little, but as already said you will need axle stands too to allow you to lower the rear beam to get springs out
