I'm looking for a intercooler that will fit my valver without having to cut a big hole in the bumper and have it on show.
What intercooler should I use?
I supose I could take one that is used on another car eg cosworth.
I bought the car in October from Bigchris. It started but didn't run properly. He told me it was rebuilt 400 miles ago including a new crank and went faulty because he had to rag it when it should had still bin run in.
Personally I think maybe the rebuild also wasn't done correctly.
When I say lugs I mean the part of the crank that the big end fits.
The bottom end of the block is still fitted to the car with the head and sump removed, sounds like it will need to be removed?
My Hybrid williams has been a rebuild project that has been on going for a while now and I have now become stuck.
When spinning the crank it does not spin full circle freely like it should but gets stiff when the lugs for piston two and three reach the top.
So I am thinking what is wrong...
i just don't know why it doesn't work and its getting me down. I am fed up of just seeing it sitting. Would either like it going so I can enjoy it or get it gone so I can get something else.

Just had a silly thought and wanted to know how difficult a job it would be to fit a 5 turbo engine to a 1.2 mk1 clio?
Also what would I need to change?
