^^^^^^ Yes, Thankyou Carbon, exactly like that:rasp: (There's always one!!!) I'm just jealous.
Think I'll have to go down the re-trim route also.
Anyone actually had theirs down by Gibson & Boyne, as you can't really tell the quality from the website pics.
Went to my local stealers today. Like most, my alcantara trimmed steering wheel looks like it has done 139k not 39k, so went to get a cost on the leather RSi item (Thanks for the part number clio G-B & Fubar).
They want £317!.........£317!.........£317!:nono:
Almost felt violated!:o
Needless...
Pics of my cat.
Off a 2001 Y ph1 172 BUT with 2 Lambda sensor holes a la phase 2's.
Only done 37.5k before I put a K-Tec sports cat on for a bit more va va voom! Since removal been kept in the warmth of the house, so is now a house cat!!!:rasp: . As pics show never been welded & in sound...
I use 'Gliptone - Liquid Leather' on my leather bits. Keeps it 'fed', so nice n supple even re-introduces a new leather smell. They also do a cleaner.
Was only about £8 ish
Has anyone got a mk2 phase 1: Initiale steering wheel on their car?
Thumbing through the original sales brochure and these look like they'd be an ideal replacement for my 172's shabby wheel. Visually look indentical but in a grey leather opposed to the 'soft touch' alcantara 172 item.
Any...
Did wonder about the 1.8T lump. My mates brother has just bought a 51 plate A4 1.8T and is banging on how quick it is (thought it was 180 as standard??). Just know if he comes across me on the road he's gonna have a go:mad:
Sold it to make way for the 172. Performance difference not as big as you'd think. Mainly thanks to Nick @ hillpower doing his magic!!!
May of looked the nuts, but got peanuts for the spend!
Daz: Yours looks supercool!
