Its not easy when it comes to tires on these, the size is 195 45 17 so you are limited to f1s or toyos or yoko s drives pretty much!

Why not? The 197s are so much fun on track, I took mine a few times and thought it was perfect for the job. I agree with what you are saying with the 172 though, a great car, just I wouldn't sacrifice a 197 for one unless I had to financially (assuming you are going to use it on the road too)

Eibachs fitted now, pleased with how it drives, it doesn't look much lower but i'm sure they will settle.

Swift has gone in for Eibachs fitting today, looking forward to seeing how it rides with them, also hope it looks a bit better with slight lows!

Just found some more from when I went up to the lakes, Im surprised how much I enjoy driving it after having the clio's (I still prefer the 197!)
