It will give you a few extra bhp but won't really warrant the effort involved to just do that as a modification on it own, as said above one of the main factors is that it lowers your compression ratio considerably so it's ideal for a SC/Turbo conversion.
And it looks nice IMO.
Pipers are regrinds , don't know about Kent cams but you have the right idea get it done while the engines out get it mint ready to go in, maybe some headwork might be good too.
