It will give you a few extra bhp but won't really warrant the effort involved to just do that as a modification on it own, as said above one of the main factors is that it lowers your compression ratio considerably so it's ideal for a SC/Turbo conversion. And it looks nice IMO.

What goes into a 1.6 N/A to produce the 240bhp? Some huge ITB's? That's pretty amazing.

Does it just 'sound' like it's dipping that low or does your needle actually drop as it idles? Because 182's have a rough idle as standard.

Well thing is I want a longer ratio box + I do plan to get an LSD so while it's out may aswell kill 2 birds with one stone, although fitting a gearbox oil cooler wouldn't need to remove the box?

Have decided to invest in a mocal 16 row gearbox oil cooler, hopefully I can find a suitable place to mount it lol.
