You are very wrong ;) my 2nd 182 used to spray stuff all over the rear screen when the engine was up to temperature but the exhaust was cold.

Slightly black spots should just be soot from inside the exhaust mixing with the condensation and when you put your foot down it sprays some of this out the back. If it is thick black then it sounds like you have problems. Does it do it all the time or just when the exhaust is cold?
