I think they are pretty impartial - this month they have a sponsored Fiesta ST advert section in the mag, but still say they are disappointed by the car in the review a few pages later where it is up against its rivals.
The CUP brakes are excellent. I had abs on my 106gti and the brakes had no feel whatsoever. The CUP feels so much better. Probably the best brakes Ive had on a car. Ive only locked them once. Most people will never use abs properly anyway. Something happens in front of them and they just stand...
You get used to it in a few hours and then it doesnt feel any different to any other car. The morons who write for magazines should get a clue.
I test drove a Cooper S a few months back and that felt high to me after just stepping out of my Cup (for sale).

I dont see how anything to do with the RR could cause your engine to blow. Even if a bearing went in the roller so what? All your car is doing is what it would do on a real road. The fact it was only getting 120bhp also indicates there was something wrong with the car and it was on its way out...
Sorry, but if you are sitting on a hill holding the car on the clutch you are such a bad driver you dont even deserve to be in a 182. You should be in an old Metro or something. The whole time youre sitting there the clutch is spinning and the friction and heat will cause the smell - and your...
There was someone on here who cancelled an order after they went to pick it up and it had 300 miles on it. The dealer said they are driven round the Renault test track.
