Im guessing that since you had no clue, you joined. Its just been noticed that your car has a different grill to the one it should, which could mean its possibly been in an accident before. I personally cant think of any other reason why it would need replacing.
Ignoring all of the spam, in summary there's a high chance than your car will not be fixed by your insurer due to the wheels which will inevitably void your insurance. Your only ''way out'' so to speak, and if possible, is to change your wheels to the wheels it had when it left the factory...
Upon taking out the policy, you would have been asked if the car had any modifications, you've obviously said no, assuming this becomes an issue and you say you didnt know, i doubt they'd waive this.
