look in ur handbook it names them all in there pal
Not sure but i think
4. is if u have heated seats which i doubt u will have.
7. i think this mite be the oil temp gague but not sure. not sure bout the others.
11. is for when / if u have a tow hook for the caravan or trailor lights to...
I had the same problem with one of mine last week, my regular mechanic gave it a smack with a hammer and it did get rid of it however it put a crack in the rim. He got it welded up for me though and a special compound put in the crack to set it properly. Looks fine now.
well just towed it down to renault round the corner so its currently sat on their forecourt and ill be there at 8am tommorow waiting for them to arrive. I had a cat 1 cobra alarm on my old mk1 but i had problems with that all the time aswel, had to resynch the fobs for that about 3 times.
Exactly what happened with me fella, i tried the same thing and found it impossible because by trying to pull away the orange film (under the front panel) it strips all the icons and logos etc. Dont know how its done so i just went back to orange. Rage16v is sellin some heater controls mate.
looked in the fuse box near the enigne but not looked under the scuttle panel, what do i need to do to the "key box" ??
And does the sensor run off a seperate battery to the main car battery?? if so where is this located as i have a feeling it may be this that needs sortin, the key is fine...
Breakdown guy has been and gone, nothing he could do which i expected. Said its a Renault Diagnostics job, anyone know how much this costs and how long it will take?
Yeh its a standard fitted immobiliser on a mk1 and no i dont have a key hole in the glove box. I was hoping i could resynch the key, after a few searches on here i found nothing but on google i noticed a few people mentioned an override code for the immobiliser system. This worth a go?
Nobody knows anything!! I was thinkin about it earlier and i thought maybe the code in the key has been scrambled so how can i re code the key?? or is it a renault job?
Bit of a problem! walked out of work tonight to find that i couldnt get into my car, i pressed the key a number of times but nothing so i unlocked the door with the key itself an checked the fuses, i checked the fuses under the engine bay aswel. I then went an bought replacment batteries for the...
Id get a second opinion from another tyre place first before u go buying a whole new set mate. Surely they can just have new weights fitted and theyl be fine. Go somewhere else first!
My snooper does that pal, blackspots and accident hotspots. They all do EXACTLY the same thing except ur paying the extra £££ for the word ROADANGEL at the top. The live update thing is a good feature yeh but not worth £200+. The whole "possible sites" crap just gets annoying because if it goes...
Yep, i think spendin that kind of money on one is a total waste of time, itll only pick lasers up once theyv bin fired at u and by then its too late anyway and if u just update it once a week then u should have everything on it. Id go for a cheaper option such as the road angel plus or the...
^ same here!
Ere av u checked ur pockets mate?? I once lost an earring on a footy field and found it so god knows how uv lost a whole set of keys. How long was the gras?!!!
Lol did u not check if the locking nut was in the car before u bought it ?! But yeh as said either hammer a socket onto them or try and bang a new groove into them so u can get another tool to twist them.
Ordered them about a week and half ago i think mate cant quite remember.
Iv got two order numbers, ones my ticket and ones my mates which i ordered a day or two later, they r both coming to my address though. The order numbers are #1829 + #1845. Both going to PR4 6LY.
