No need to print anything off mate, they have everyone listed on their printouts in the office ;) You dont need the paper part, just the photocard so no worries!
I ran mine at around 28psi cold, but it all depends how hard you drive, and beig your first I imagine you wont be going mental lol...
Re: let us see pictures off your old cars you owned
Only cars Ive got pics of that Ive owned
My Mini, started as a heap, spent alot of money on it to get this (the grey one)
Then my Cavalier Turbo 4x4, real sleeper
Had this 1.2 Nova for a few months to bomb around in
Had a Honda VFR...
A few of the Polo, the paintwork is generally pretty s**t in all aspects, full of marks, chips and blotchy bits which would need rubbing down, the works!
The wing's state, same as the bonnet was
Shiney shiney
Dont worry, the bits that were being done and surroundung areas were washed...
We'll see how I get on first lol :)
Did my bonnet today using the Menzerna compound and polish from the cleanyourcar kit http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/polishing-machines/das-6-dual-action-polisher/das-6-dual-action-polisher-menzerna-intro-kit/prod_721.html and it has come up very well...
It would seem that way mate, its highly recommended for newbies (myself) as well as the more experienced!
From my initial go on my spoiler, its certainly made a difference to the clarity of the reflection in the paint, and removed alot of swirling/haze :) Will update when I've done some more!
Although no pics yet!! It only came today! I did give my spoiler a going over just to try it out (as you do :) ) and very impressed with the results :approve:
`I think of it as "tyre savers" when on track lol
Im sure I will, always wanted to go since Gran Turismo 1 came out when I was young lol
Cheers matey, I'll be up for that!
Only just seen this! I'll most likely pop up for a bit but wont be on track....unless Im a passenger :rasp: ;) lol
Shame really as looks like there's a few of CS going this time :(
Me? Those are 195/50/15's but theyre R888's which tend to have squarer sidewalls so the profile looks a little more than a normal road tyre.
But 195/50/15 is the "norm" but 205's can also be fitted
Anyone else using these? Or used them?
Ive had mine on now for around 500 miles and Im very impressed with them so far :)
Dry grip is very good, and sidewalls are pretty stiff but not SO stiff as per R888's, much quieter!
Im also very impressed with wet weather performance too for a more track...
Amen to that! I was a little "ahh we'll see" towards it but im very impressed by the improvement....and for past comments Ive read about it being a "placebo effect".....it really isnt!!
I cant comment on the softer setting as I didnt try it but IMO its fine on the road it you dont mind a bit of oversteer if you provoke it, i.e. lifting off aggresively mid corner!
Ive only been a for a short blast so will update after a proper drive :)
It depends how you like to drive too I guess
Recieved my Whiteline ARB from Jam Sport today, and just been fitting it!
Very happy with the results! I set it to the stiffest setting and its so pin-point accurate now and just sticks like glue round roundabouts and changes direction so quickly! :)
Well worth the money! Just need to try it...
