Sometimes I use a 2 metre pole to do up the nuts (don't ask y) but never had any problems with the nuts... Best option is go to a scrappy and pocket a few to be honest ;) would cost you a fair bit to buy 16 new ones!

Right if your clutch is dieing you'll rev it in-gear and nothing will happen. Ie you go to pull off a hill give it revs and it revs but doesnt move. Does this happen?

All bearings should be supplied with circlips so Id take them back where you get them tbh so I was told when I tried to get mine pressed in without circlips! went back to the shop they apologised and said sometimes they forget + leave them out. As for the the drive shafts im guessing you mean...
