Take the discs of and run them to a back street garage who will charge you approx £10 to remove old bearings and press your new one's in.
You may be better off just buying discs from renault which have the bearings already pressed into them for about £90 iirc

You need a 21mm swan neck spanner and a 6mm iirc allen key. Failing that an impact gun will whip it off

Right mate, with your pads start on the softest and work your way up until you get a good combination. Will be orange or white so try both.
